TIPTON, IN - On the evening of Wednesday, May 20, 2009, a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Tony Frawley has resulted in the arrest of Richard E. Dell, 57, 1632 E. 191st Westfield, IN, on a class D felony charge for sexual battery.

TIPTON, IN - Last night, a week long drug investigation by Indiana State Trooper T.J. Zeiser and Tipton County Sheriff’s Deputy Scott Brumley resulted in the arrest of James G. Ludlow, 53, Tipton, IN on class D felony charges of cultivating marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. He also faces class A misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana under 30 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
