KENDALLVILLE, IN - On Thursday, May 21, 2009, the Indiana State Police responded to a two-vehicle personal injury crash this afternoon, at the intersection of State Road 3 and County Road 1000 N, involving an intoxicated driver. According to Senior Trooper Steve Malone, a 2005 Ford F-250 driven by Keith J. Gillian of Rome City, was traveling eastbound on 1000 N when it attempted to cross State Road 3.

No Criminal Charges Will be Filed in Fatal School Bus Crash
LOGANSPORT, IN – On September 26, 2008, officers from the Indiana State Police responded to a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 24 east of County Road 800 West that killed four elementary school children. The students were traveling in a Twin Lakes School Corporation bus. All four were elementary students from the Twin Lakes School Corporation. The bus was returning to Monticello from Logansport, IN. The four children were all special needs students who attended different elementary schools in Logansport that catered to their special needs.

DEKALB COUNTY, IN - A Steuben County man was arrested this afternoon on an auto theft warrant after it was alleged that he stole an unknown number of flower pots from the Kroger store, located in the 600 block of E. Dupont Road in Fort Wayne.
Indiana State Police Sergeant Mike Toles observed a silver-colored Chevrolet Cavalier traveling northbound on I-69 near County Road 11A, at approximately 3:00 pm, which matched the description of the suspect vehicle given by the Fort Wayne Police Department.
