Local Major Moves Project is near complete ALLEN COUNTY, IN - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces today that all ramps and loops at the Coldwater Interchange are now open. This includes the northbound I-69 exit loop to northbound Coldwater Road. Minor work remains on the northbound side with the northbound outside lane closed at mile marker 114 until Wednesday, Nov. 26, weather permitting. INDOT to patch and resurface deteriorating pavement INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Pavement patching and resurfacing is closing the Allisonville Road westbound ramp to I-465 over the next two weekends. Depending on the condition of underlying concrete, the ramp closure may only be required for one weekend. Work begins at 10 p.m. Friday, October 17 when contractors start to mill off the existing pavement. If the underlying concrete is in good shape, crews can lay new asphalt.
