DEKALB COUNTY, IN - A Steuben County man was arrested this afternoon on an auto theft warrant after it was alleged that he stole an unknown number of flower pots from the Kroger store, located in the 600 block of E. Local Major Moves Project is near complete ALLEN COUNTY, IN - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces today that all ramps and loops at the Coldwater Interchange are now open. This includes the northbound I-69 exit loop to northbound Coldwater Road.
